Discoverer S/T MAXX. The Discoverer S/T MAXX is designed for tough terrain, including rocks and gravel, with on-road stability and performance. The tread design helps to prevent stone retention, while the Armor Tek3 cut and chip resistant tread compound provides added tire durability.
Hybrid 4-5 Rib Design. Cooper engineers designed the Discoverer S/T Maxx Tire with a hybrid 4-5 rib design, depending on size. This hybrid rib design provides low tread pattern noise and even wear.
Dual-Draft and Non-Parallel Groove Walls. Cooper engineered the Discoverer S/T Maxx Tire with Dual-Draft and Non-Parallel Groove Walls. This tread design helps reduce stone retention and resist cutting and chipping.
Stone Ejector Ribs. Cooper incorporated Stone Ejector Ribs into the design of the tire to easily eject stones and gravel protecting the Discoverer S/T Maxx from stone drilling into carcass as well as maintaining a clean tread for enhanced road traction.
Studdable Tread. The Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx Tire features a studdable tread for extra “bite” in severe weather applications. Please note studs are not included.
